Pa Di people belong to the local Tay residing at Muong Khuong district, Lao Cai province. The article prescribes the process of costume production from cotton growing spinning, weaving and tailoring. When looking at Pa Di’s costumes, the author closely looked at female costumes especially at hats, turbans, blouses, skirts, aprons and shoes. Besides, male’s and children’s costumes have also been mentioned. At present, Pa Di men tend to dress like the Kinh only women maintain their traditional costumes.
