Breakthroughs in the advisory work of Central Party agencies on cultural and social development management and building Vietnamese people

Abstract

The advising work in general, and the advising work of Party agencies in particular, plays an important role in achieving the Party's goals. Over nearly 40 years of reform, the advising work of the Central Party agencies has made signifcant contributions to the Party's leadership and governance in all areas of social life, particularly in cultural development, social development management, and the building of the Vietnamese people. Based on the analysis of the current situation, the article proposes a system of breakthrough solutions in the advisory work of the Central Party agencies, meeting the requirements of the new period.
