Promoting Party building work in non-state enterprises in Vietnam today

Abstract

Party-building work in non-state enterprises has a signifcant meaning in promoting the political core role of Party Committees and grassroots cells in enterprises; afrming the role of party organizations in gathering and leading the masses, creating consensus, and promoting production and business development; ensuring the investment environment; At the same time, ensuring harmony of interests between business owners and employees according to the provisions of law. Basing on research and clarifcation of concepts and the current situation, the article proposes several solutions to promote party-building work in non-state enterprises in Vietnam today.
