New requirements for promoting the work of foreign propaganda and information to the Vietnamese community abroad

Abstract

Over the past many terms, our Party and State have consistently implemented guidelines and policies on great national unity, afrming that the Vietnamese community abroad is an inseparable part of the ethnic communities of Vietnam. Currently, with the strong development of science and technology, the explosion of modern communication methods, and new task requirements set by the Party, the work of propaganda and foreign information for the Vietnamese community
abroad needs innovation in perspectives, goals, and implementation methods to ensure compliance with the new situation.
