Abstract

Efficient construction progress management is crucial to ensuring that projects are completed on schedule and within budget constraints. Building Information Modeling (BIM) is an advanced technology in the construction industry that enables the integration of design, construction, and project management information into a single 3D model, enhancing coordination among stakeholders. The research focuses on 3D construction scheduling simulation for a real-world project using Autodesk Revit and Navisworks Manage, which helps visualize the construction process and identify potential conflicts early. The results indicate that applying BIM in project progress management enables stakeholders to gain a clear understanding of the on-site conditions, minimizing risks during the construction process. The research results show that the application of BIM in project schedule management allows stakeholders to clearly understand the real-time situation at the construction site, thereby minimizing risks during project execution.
