Factors affecting the work performance of employees at Co To Stone exploitation and Processing factory, An Giang province
Abstract
The research objective is to determine the factors affecting the work performance of employees at Co To Stone exploitation and processing factory, An Giang province. The study used a qualitative research method combined with quantitative research. The results of the data analysis surveyed 148 employees through the following steps: descriptive statistics, reliability testing of the scale, exploratory factor analysis (EFA), and linear regression analysis. The research results showed that the six factors affecting work efficiency gradually decrease as follows: Working capacity, Work environment, Relationships with colleagues, Relations with leaders, Salary, bonus and benefits, and Work motivation. From the research results, the authors have given some management implications to help the Enterprise's Board of Directors develop useful policies and solutions to improve employees' work performance, contributing to increased labour productivity, and increased production and business efficiency in the unit.
