ANALYSIS OF FACTORS INFLUENCING SATISFACTION OF HEALTH INSURANCE PARTICIPANTS AT BINH AN HOSPITAL IN KIEN GIANG PROVINCE
Abstract
Through conducting a survey of 215 health insurance participants for medical examination and treatment at Binh An Hospital and conducting data analysis using Cronbach's Alpha test and exploratory factor analysis (EFA). The study has identified six factors affecting the satisfaction of people participating in health insurance when undergoing medical examination and treatment at Binh An Hospital with the level of impact from high to low respectively: (1) Respect and thoughtfulness, (2) Information, (3) Facilities, (4) Efficiency and continuity, (5) Reputation, (6) Reasonable payment. From the results of the analysis, the research has made conclusions and proposed some policy implications and solutions to improve the quality of medical examination and treatment services to bring satisfaction to patients.
