APPLYING MICHAEL PORTER'S DIAMOND MODEL TO ANALYZE COMPETITIVE ADVANTAGE IN EXPORTING VIETNAM’S RICE

Abstract

Vietnam's rice export industry is one of the important export industries that is always given top priority by the State; and it currently has an important position in the international market. Based on Michael Porter's diamond model, the authors analyzed the competitive advantage of Vietnam's rice export industry to recognize and evaluate the urgency and propose directions for the rice export industry at present and in the future.
