Complete the law on hazardous waste management

Abstract

Waste management is a crucial aspect of environmental protection that legislators carefully consider and establish in the Law on Environmental Protection. Among the various types of waste, hazardous waste (HW) stands out due to its numerous hazardous characteristics, which can have detrimental effects on the environment and human health. As a result, waste management is a crucial component of every country's environmental protection laws. This study aims to analyze the legal regulations surrounding hazardous waste management, identify any shortcomings, and propose solutions to improve the existing laws in the Law on Environmental Protection.
