The article presents an overview of building a tectonic state in general and the developmental state of Vietnam in particular. It also analyzes the main ideas in handling the relationship between the State and the market in building a tectonic state in Vietnam such as the degree of governmental intervention in the market; the role of the tectonic state in formulating and realizing the legal system, which creates the enabling and good environment for the enterprises to be formed and develop; the issues in the relationship between the State and the market in Vietnam and some solutions to foster the relationship between the State and the market in building the tectonic state in Vietnam.Lượt tải
