Abstract

High-quality logistics human resources play a direct role in determining the quality and effectiveness of the Army Logistics sector’s tasks. Currently, the Army Logistics sector’s tasks have taken a new step forward, requiring research and proposal of synchronous, scientific, and practical solutions to attract and utilize high-quality logistics human resources with adequate qualities and capabilities to match the tasks, reasonable staffing, and standardization of titles to meet the requirements of building a lean, strong, and modern army.
