Abstract

With a view to thoroughly grasping and effectively implementing the breakthrough of promoting the noble qualities of “Ho Chi Minh’s soldiers” in the new period, as defined in the Resolution of the 17th Party Congress of the Political Academy for the 2025–2030 term, this article addresses several key issues concerning the role of the Political Academy in preserving, developing, and disseminating the noble qualities of “Ho Chi Minh’s soldiers” in the current context.
