Abstract

Mass mobilization work in Division 312 holds an important position and role in building the unit into a comprehensively strong, “exemplary and typical” one. This article clarifies the importance of renewing mass mobilization work; points out the strengths, limitations, and shortcomings in the conduct of mass mobilization work in Division 312; and, on that basis, proposes a number of measures to innovate mass mobilization work in Division 312 in the current period.
