Abstract

The ideological management of cadres at grassroots units is a fundamental component and key measure of Party and political work (P&PW); an essential aspect of cadre management; and a responsibility of Party committees, Party organizations, political commissars, political officers, and commanders at all levels in the Vietnam People’s Army. Effective implementation of this content plays an important role in enhancing the political qualities and professional competence of cadres at grassroots units. At the same time, it serves to encourage, motivate, and multiply positive ideological trends, while promptly preventing and pushing back negative and erroneous manifestations. This ensures that cadres at grassroots units are able to successfully fulfill their assigned functions and tasks.
