Abstract

Over the past years, the work of building a strong Party Committee of Political Academy in terms of politics, ideology, ethics, organization and cadres has always been concerned, led and directed by Party committees and commanders at all levels with many policies and solutions that are synchronous, practical and effective. Among them, improving the quality of reviewing, evaluating and classifying the quality of Party organizations and Party members is one of the important solutions today.
