Abstract

The absolute, direct, and comprehensive leadership of the Communist Party of Vietnam is the decisive factor in the process of building, fighting, and development of the Vietnam People’s Army. In light of the requirement to build the Army into a streamlined, compact, strong, and modern force, the article affirms the inevitable and enduring nature of this principle, while proposing solutions to firmly maintain and strengthen the Party’s leadership, ensuring that the Army always remains the core force in the cause of defending the Fatherland.
