Abstract

Enhancing the research, forecasting, and strategic advisory capabilities of strategic-level military cadres is of particular importance. It constitutes a key and central task for Party committees at all levels and an urgent requirement for building a high-quality corps of strategic-level cadres, which is one of the decisive factors determining the effectiveness of military building, the consolidation and strengthening of national defence, and the safeguarding of the Fatherland in the new era.
