Abstract

Refuting distorted narratives that deny the practical effectiveness of the reorganization and merger of administrative units is an urgent task that makes an important contribution to the success of the reform aimed at streamlining the political system. To ensure the effectiveness of this struggle, it is necessary, on the one hand, to continue drawing lessons from practice, conducting research to supplement and further develop the theory of political system building; and, on the other hand, to implement comprehensive and coordinated measures to translate the Party’s policies into tangible practical outcomes.
