Abstract

Amid rapid, complex, and unpredictable global changes and the vigorous development of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, the political and ideological front has increasingly shifted its focus to cyberspace, where diverse streams of thought exert far-reaching influence. In this context, steadfastly upholding and further developing the Party’s ideological foundation has become vital to the stability and sustainable development of the country and the socialist regime, enabling Vietnam’s revolutionary cause to advance further and strengthening the nation’s position in the new era.
