Abstract

Digital technologies and automation are profoundly transforming the productive forces, modes of labour, and economic structure in Vietnam. This transformation necessitates the renewal of production relations to ensure their compatibility with the new level of development of the digital economy. Institutional reform, improvements in the quality of human resources, and innovation in management mechanisms are essential conditions for promoting sustainable development in the era of digital transformation.
