Abstract

The political and spiritual potential of provincial- and municipal-level defensive areas is a decisive factor in building the “people-based defence posture” and strengthening the people’s confidence in the Communist Party of Vietnam, the State, and the socialist regime. This article clarifies the role of political and spiritual potential and proposes several fundamental solutions for building strong political and spiritual potential in provincial- and municipal-level defensive areas, thereby meeting the requirements of the mission of safeguarding the Fatherland under the new conditions.
