Abstract

Digital transformation is bringing about profound changes across all areas of social life, including education and training. In the digital environment, activities such as management, administration, teaching, learning, and scientific research are no longer constrained by traditional spatial, temporal, or organizational boundaries; instead, they are carried out through a digital ecosystem built on data, digital technologies, and digital connectivity. This development necessitates a fundamental renewal of educational management thinking while also establishing new requirements for the development and capabilities of educational management personnel.
