Abstract

Information Technology is a foundational subject that plays a key role in developing digital competencies among cadets at the Political Academy. This article focuses on examining the theoretical basis and proposing solutions to innovate the teaching of Information Technology in response to the requirements of digital transformation, thereby contributing to building a regular, exemplary, smart, and modern Political Academy.
