Abstract

This article clarifies the fundamental and core contents of Ho Chi Minh’s thought on lifelong learning and analyzes its practical application in building a learning society at military educational institutions in recent years. On that basis, it proposes several solutions to further promote the value of Ho Chi Minh’s thought, contributing to the development of an environment of continuous learning and improving the quality of education and training at military educational institutions today.
