Abstract

The development of the digital environment has been changing the ways information is accessed, shared, and used in education and training. This creates favourable opportunities while also posing significant challenges for lecturers. This article analyzes the opportunities and challenges and proposes orientations for improving the effectiveness of information utilization by lecturers at military academies and officer training schools in the current digital environment.
