Abstract

In response to the requirement for a breakthrough in developing education and training in the military in accordance with Resolution No. 290-NQ/QUTW of the Central Military Commission, building the teaching staff has become an urgent task of long-term strategic significance. This article analyzes the current situation, clarifies the new requirements arising, and proposes fundamental solutions for building the teaching staff at military educational institutions, thereby meeting the requirements for developing education and training in the new era.
