In the context of promoting administrative reform and streamlining the organizational apparatus, equipping cadets with proper awareness, political steadfastness, and self-orientation capacity is an urgent requirement. This article focuses on analyzing and proposing solutions to improve the effectiveness of orienting social opinion on the two-tier local government model for cadets at the Political Academy today.
