Abstract

The management of military personnel’s ideological and political outlook at grassroots units plays an important role in building a politically strong Army. However, alongside the achievements attained, the management of military personnel’s ideological and political outlook still reveals a number of limitations and shortcomings that need to be addressed. Therefore, researching and proposing solutions to improve the effectiveness of ideological and political management of military personnel at grassroots units is of significant theoretical and practical importance.
