Abstract

The perspective that “Education should ensure a harmonious balance between comprehensiveness and specialization” is a strategic orientation for innovating education and training and developing the Army’s human resources in the new context. This article clarifies the main contents of this perspective and proposes orientations for its application to improve the quality of training for junior officers at platoon and company level today.
