Architectural
and
Artistic
Monument
according
to

Decision
No.
1460/VH
dated
June
28,
1996.
This

article
introduces
and
evaluates
the
implementation

of
the
"Data
Digitization"
model
for
Linh
Dam

Communal
House
through
document
consultation

and
propaganda
work.
Using
fieldwork
methods

and
accessing
the
system
of
state
management

documents,
the
author
has
synthesized
a
number
of

issues
in
the
coordination
mechanism
between

participating
entities
from
the
city
level,
district

level
to
ward
level
as
a
basis
to
suggesting
better

management
measures
in
the
future.
