Abstract

We report a case of 56 years-old female patient with partial anomalous pulmonary venous return to the inferior vena cava (IVC), associated with anatomical variation of the right internal thoracic artery giving branches to the right lung’s lower lobe and posterior interventricular septum; diagnosed by chest X-ray and chest multislice computed tomography with IV contrast media at Diagnostic Imaging Department, Da Nang Vinmec International Hospital. For its rarity, partial anomalous pulmonary venous return in relation to anatomical variation of the right internal thoracic artery was discussed with literature reviews
