Intranodal CT lymphangiography for central lymphatic system imaging

Abstract
Objective: To diagnose and plan treatment for patients with central lymphatic system disease by intranodal CT lymphangiography.
Method and results: from 11/2023 to 12/2024 performed 20 cases, average age 50,05 chylothorax 11 cases, chylous ascites 5 cases, systemic lymphatic abnormality, large cystic lymphatic malformations, chyluria and chylopericardium.
Conclusions: Intranodal CT lymphangiography sufficiently depicts central lymphatic anatomy in patients with lymphatic abnormalities. In addition, this is a feasible alternative method for patients who
contraindications to MR lymphangiography.
