Propagandizing, disseminating and educating the law for freely -migrating ethnic minorities in Dak Nong province
Abstract
The work of propagandizing, disseminating and educating the law has always played
an important role in the process of building a law-governed socialist state. It is part of
educational work, and is the responsibility of the entire political system with a view to
contributing to raising the populace’s awareness of living and working in compliance
with the constitution and laws. Directive No. 32-CT/TW dated December 9, 2003 of
the Party Central Committee Secretariat on strengthening the Party’s leadership
in the work of disseminating and educating the law, raising the cadres’ and people’s
awareness of law observance has affirmed: Disseminating and educating the law is part
of political and ideological education and is the task of the whole political system under
the leadership of the Party. Implementing the Party’s views and policies, in the past
recent years, Dak Nong Province has focused on and seriously implemented the work
of propaganda, dissemination and education of the law for the people in the area in
general and the freely-migrating ethnic minorities in particular and has achieved certain
results. However, during the implementation process there are still some difficulties and
bottlenecks. The article evaluates and analyzes the practical issues that have arised,
thereby proposing a number of basic solutions to continually improving the quality and
effectiveness of propagandizing, disseminating, and educating the law for the freelymigrating ethnic minorities in the province in the near future
