Characteristics of leaders and managers viewed from digital transformation

Abstract
Playing an important role in the digital transformation process, leaders and managers are required to have new characteristics suitable to the new context of digital leaders and managers. The article uses the secondary document research method to present some important characteristics of digital leaders and managers. The research shows that digital leaders and managers need to have expertise in and skills of digitability and digital transformation. They are also expected to demonstrate creativity, receptiveness and respect for creativity; to take risks and be able to manage changes; to have systematic mindset, systematic culture and systematic leadership and management.
