Impact research of cuntting conditions to surface roughess of SUS304 stainless steel turning part on HAAS-ST20 CNC lathe

Abstract

This paper presents impact research methods of cutting conditions to surface roughess of SUS304 stainless steel turning part on HAAS-ST20 CNC lathe machine; Experimental turning and evaluating the quality of surfaces with different cutting modes. On that basis, the author has selected the most reasonable cutting conditions in the experimental domain to achieve the best roughness of the machined surface Ra.
