Improving the quality of reader's service in the library Of Hoa Lu University

Abstract

Improving the quality of service for readers is an important activity in library work to promote, develop and satisfy the needs of readers through propaganda, guidance and provision of materials in various forms. The article presents the current status of readers’ services at Hoa Lu University’s library, thereby proposing some solutions to improve the quality of service for readers.
