Discriptive cataloging in secondary school libraries

Abstract

Descriptive cataloging is a very important practice in library work to manage infomation resources and build a catalog system to serve the search for. The article presents the role of descriptive cataloging and the current status of descriptive cataloging in secondary school libraries, thereby proposing some recommendations to improve the quality of descriptive cataloging in the present period.
