Case study method in teaching ethics in primary schools according to the 2018 general education program.
Abstract
The case study method is one of the active and practical teaching methods consistent with the goals of the 2018 General Education program. For Ethics, this is considered is a specific method. Therefore, the Ministry of Education and Training encourages teachers to increase the use of this method in teaching the subject to form and develop moral qualities and core competencies for students. The article analyzes some basic theoretical issues of the case study method, including: the concept of the case study method, structure and classification of situations, advantages and disadvantages. These analyzes are associated with the characreristics and content of the Ethics according to the 2018 General Education program to improve the quality of teaching the subject.
