Using historical and cultural relics - related materials in teaching history topics in local education content in in ninh binh province grades 6 and 7
Abstract
This article briefly introduces the theoretical and practical basis of using historical and cultural relics - related documents in teaching history in general and teaching and learning local history in particular to improve effectiveness of history lessons. This paper also gives an overview of local education content in the 2018 General Education Program and the framework of local education content in Ninh Binh province at the secondary level, at the same time, shows a panorama of some typical historical and cultural relics in Ninh Binh that can be used to teach historical topics through the stages from primitive to modern times in Ninh Binh. On that basis, we propose a number of pedagogical measures to use historical and cultural relics - related documents in teaching historical topics in the local educational content of grades 6 and 7 at the junior high school level in Ninh Binh province in order to develop the abilities as well as qualities of learners.
