Improving the quality of the content of presentations about Trang An scenic landscape complex

Abstract

World Heritage Trang An Scenic Landscape Complex with its outstanding values ​​has become an attractive tourist destination for both domestic and foreign tourists. During the journey to discover Trang An World Heritage, the tour guide acts as an ambassador conveying the beauty of nature as well as the unique cultural and historical features of the heritage sites to tourists. Therefore, the work of creating the content of the heritage presentation plays a decisive role in the tourists’ satisfaction on the journey to Trang An heritage. The following article analyzes the principles of building heritage presentations, points out some remaining issues and the reasons why the quality of heritage presentations about Trang An Landscape Complex is not commensurate with the values which has been honored by UNESCO. On that basis, the article also proposes some solutions in order to contribute to improving the quality of the content of heritage presentations in the current context, aiming to both promote and preserve the values ​​of Trang An.
