Abstract

Classroom management is one of the key factors determining the effectiveness of the educational process in general and primary education in particular. To help students perform well in primary schools immediately after graduation, educational institutions need to focus on developing pedagogical skills in general and classroom management skills in particular during the training process. This article presents an overview of the research results on the theoretical basis of classroom management skills, The current state of classroom management skills of Primary Education students at Hoa Lu University during their first phase of teaching practice, and from there, proposes solutions for improving and developing classroom management skills for Primary Education students during their training.
