Abstract

In this new era, an era of national development, revisiting President Ho Chi Minh's ideology on comprehensive education holds profound theoretical and practical significance. This is because, in his intellectual legacy, the concept of comprehensive education holds a central position, reflecting his strategic vision for the education and training of human resources in Vietnam. Furthermore, according to him, comprehensive education aims at educating and training individuals for holistic development in all aspects “morality, intellect, physical health, and aesthetics” or a unified whole encompassing physical, intellectual, and emotional strength. Therefore, the core contents of Ho Chi Minh's comprehensive education perspective have become the foundational values for the Party to guide the education and training of high-quality human resources to meet the demands of reality. This article will clarify the theoretical value and propose some directional solutions for training high-quality human resources based on President Ho Chi Minh's perspective in the new era.
