FACTORS AFFECTING STUDENT SATISFACTION FOR ONLINE LEARNING AT VAN LANG UNIVERSITY

Abstract

The objective of this article is to study the factors affecting student satisfaction of Van Lang University through online learning. The research sample was collected online from 204 forms of all students studying at Van Lang University. The research uses a combination of qualitative and quantitative methods, with techniques of scale testing, exploratory factor analysis (EFA), correlation analysis, linear regression analysis, sample mean testing and analysis of variance. The research results show that there are 3 factors affecting the satisfaction of Van Lang students in online learning, including: (1) Quality of support services, (2) Quality of teaching, (3) System quality
