Abstract

The Social Insurance Fund is aiming to become a financially independent fund from the state budget, ensuring the financial resources to pay mandatory social insurance benefits to workers. Therefore, the management of mandatory social insurance collection is becoming an increasingly important step and is crucial to the survival and development of social insurance policy implementation. Hanoi City has effectively managed social insurance collection, achieving the set targets regarding the scale of participation, revenue management, and closely monitoring units that are in arrears, evade payment, or extend the period of mandatory social insurance payment.
