ENSURING AND PROTECTING CHILDREN'S RIGHTS IN CYBERSPACE: INTERNATIONAL EXPERIENCES AND SOLUTIONS FOR VIETNAM

Abstract
As digital technology continues to develop vigorously, ensuring and protecting children's rights in cyberspace have become a global challenge. This article studies the experiences of a number of advanced countries and regions in improving the law to ensure and protect children's rights in cyberspace, thereby drawing lessons for Vietnam. Using comparative legal research and policy analysis methods, the article points out the strengths in the legal frameworks of countries and regions such as the United States, the European Union, Australia, and China. On that basis, the article proposes some solutions to improve the legal framework and to strengthen the effectiveness of law enforcement in Vietnam on ensuring and protecting children's rights in cyberspace.
