Continuing to perfect the ownership and management institutions of public assets in the socialist-oriented market economy in Vietnam

Abstract

Public assets, as an important resource of the country, need to be managed strictly, transparently, and effectively to serve the national interest and promote economic growth. The article further clarifies the achievements and limitations in establishing the ownership and management institutions of public assets, the causes of these limitations, thereby proposing a number of proposals and groups of solutions to continue to improve the ownership and management institutions of public assets, ensuring efficiency, discipline, and contributing to the development and completion of the socialist-oriented market economy of Vietnam.
