Information technology infrastructure plays a very important role in the digital transformation process in Vietnam at the current stage. Reality shows that, besides the achieved results, information technology infrastructure in Vietnam still has shortcomings and limitations. This article researches and proposes some basic solutions to develop information technology infrastructure to meet the goal of digital transformation in Vietnam in the context of international integration and industrial revolution 4.0.
