National defense and security education in universities is a subject formed and developed in accordance with the Vietnamese revolution and the practice of building and protecting the Fatherland in each specific historical period. Today, the teaching and learning of National Defense and Security Education at universities in general and Electricity University in particular is influenced by the international context, political and military tasks in water and especially the impact of the Fourth Industrial Revolution. To improve the quality of teaching and learning of National Defense and Security Education at Electricity University in the current context, Schools must integrate the achievements of the Fourth Industrial Revolution into the cause of education and training innovation.
