The research process of the project has selected and built 06 groups of measures with specific instructions to organize and manage Physical Education activities to improve the effectiveness of Physical Education for students. Electricity University, specifically including: 1) Raising awareness of the position and role of financial education; 2) Improve teaching methods; 3) Organize and promote extracurricular activities; 4) Renovate and upgrade reasonable facilities, mechanisms and policies; 5) Organize annual competitions; 6) Improve management organization structure. Through testing 5 of the 6 groups of above measures in practice, it has been confirmed that the effectiveness of improving the quality of Physical Education for students of the University of Electricity and Physical Fitness has increased significantly (p<0.05).
