The research focuses on synthesizing general concepts and theories on public property. The author compares the general regulations of the state with the application of legal documents, documents under the law, and local regulations on public property at Tien Giang University. To study and understand the current situation of the use of public assets in units under the University, summarize and give points of limitations and issues that need attention when managing and using public assets. Thereby, determining the objectives of public asset management, solutions to implement public asset management, completing the decentralization of management and use of public assets, contributing to improving the efficiency of using public assets at Tien Giang University.
